"Luna Likes to Listen"

Project Luna is an online interactive sharing project that sends "Luna" the plush Great Horned Owl, to classrooms collecting stories from school children.



Project Luna's "assignments" encourage first through fifth graders to learn about their cultures, communities, and themselves. Students upload their projects to Luna's PNN page and connect with other schools Luna has visited.

About Luna:
Luna is a traveling young Great Horned Owl who loves to listen to school children's stories from across the country. She spends up to two weeks in each classroom, and has fun and engaging online projects that help students learn about their community, their culture, and themselves.
